As a Managing Director at Synergy, Steven brings more than 40 years of senior level managerial, business development, and technical experience. He has extensive experience in a broad range of business management functions including program management, account development, financial management, customer relationship management, talent acquisition, resource management, and sales.

Steven has managed and directly participated in complex infrastructure management, cybersecurity, process automation, and enterprise information system design and development projects for both DoD and Federal Civilian Agency customers including the Military Services, DoD Fourth Estate, DHS, and USDA, among others.

When not supporting customers, Steven enjoys spending time with family, bird watching, and traveling. His travels include Spain, Italy, Morocco, and Ecuador, in addition to many of the beautiful states within the U.S.
