Sergey Trosman serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Architect, bringing over 25 years of expertise in executive technology leadership, enterprise modernization, corporate growth, and strategic advisory for CxO-level initiatives. Sergey has played a pivotal role in driving success across numerous organizations, leveraging his deep technical and business acumen to support revenue growth, organizational expansion, and client success throughout the business capture lifecycle.

Throughout his career, Sergey has led large-scale, multi-year digital transformation and portfolio modernization initiatives valued at over $100 million. His work spans Federal agencies and commercial sectors, including Defense, Homeland Security, Civilian, FinTech, and other key verticals.

Prior to joining Synergy, Sergey served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for the Digital Modernization Division at ICF. There, he spearheaded corporate growth strategies, built core capabilities, established Communities of Practice (CoPs), and drove innovative responses to emerging technology trends, including artificial intelligence and machine learning.

In addition to his corporate leadership roles, Sergey has provided consulting expertise across a variety of industries. His leadership includes enterprise architecture design, technology governance, service delivery, and SDLC solution development, with a focus on strategic customer communications. Sergey has delivered transformative results utilizing advanced tools and platforms, including Open Source, Cloud Native technologies, SaaS/PaaS, Low/No-Code platforms, Data Analytics, and Generative AI/ML.
