Chandan Mukhopadhyay is the Founder and Board Co-Chair of Synergy. With over 25 years of experience and a passion for innovation, Chandan prioritizes the missions of Synergy’s customers while fostering a rewarding work environment for all employees. He is the visionary behind the creation of Synergy Labs and Innovation Center (SLIC), which was established to identify business challenges and rapidly develop prototypes using modern tools and technologies to demonstrate practical solutions.

Before founding Synergy, Chandan worked with Software AG (formerly webMethods) and Informix Software, where he played a key role in architecting and implementing solutions in Enterprise Application Integration, Business Process Management, Data Analytics, and Service-Oriented Architecture. His diverse clientele includes federal agencies such as the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Justice Network (PA JNet), the State of Pennsylvania Department of Labor, as well as Fortune 500 companies like ExxonMobil, Bank of America, Johnson & Johnson, and Lucent Technologies.

Chandan holds a Bachelor’s of Engineering from Jadavpur University in India.
