Byron Caswell is a seasoned technology consultant, entrepreneur, and executive advisor who has recently joined Synergy as our Chief Strategy Officer. With a focus on executive leadership, corporate growth, and next-generation solutions, Byron brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles in both public and private sectors. Recognized as an FCW Federal 100 award winner, Byron has made significant contributions to digital transformation and emerging technologies.

Before joining Synergy, Byron served as the Executive Vice President for Product and Innovation at rhino.ai, where he led the development of a Generative AI-enabled Digital Acceleration Platform. In this role, he managed product strategy, partner relationships, and customer success, driving innovation across various technology domains. His extensive experience also includes a leadership role as Senior Vice President at ICF, where he oversaw the Digital Modernization Division, achieving substantial growth in health, defense, and commercial sectors.

Byron’s entrepreneurial spirit was evident when he founded Regent Solutions, LLC, a strategy and technology consulting firm that successfully delivered over 200 enterprise transformation projects. His diverse background also includes advising the National Security Council on cybersecurity and identity management and speaking at industry-leading events on digital transformation and corporate strategy. Byron received his MS and BS degrees in systems engineering from the University of Virginia and is a certified CISSP.
