Synergy is supporting USDA OCIO efforts to provide a modernized enterprise-wide service desk ecosystem. The goal of the Service Desk Modernization project is to implement a unified governance structure and platform to improve OCIO performance management and reduce costs by minimizing fragmented support staff as well as redundant service and business management tools. The outcome will enable consolidation of support and processes onto a standardized platform as a cohesive approach to delivering and monitoring service and resources, resulting in enhanced tactical and strategic reporting, and improved operational experience for users.
