Jean Claude “JC” Chidiac has joined Synergy as Chief Executive Officer, bringing over two decades of executive leadership experience in driving digital transformation across the federal, commercial, and non-profit sectors. Known for his strategic vision and operational excellence, JC has consistently led organizations through significant growth and innovation.

Before joining Synergy, JC served as Senior Vice President at ICF, where he was instrumental in overseeing large, complex portfolios and spearheading strategic operations. His leadership was marked by his ability to scale operations, driving industry-leading growth while managing the integration of multiple acquisitions. JC’s efforts at ICF were recognized with multiple “Partner of the Year” awards from top technology providers like Appian, ServiceNow, and Salesforce, showcasing his expertise in building and managing strategic partnerships.

JC joined ICF through its acquisition of ITG in 2020, where he was Chief Operating Officer. His prior experience includes leadership roles at international organizations such as QinetiQ North America and CACI, where he consistently demonstrated his capacity to lead and grow large-scale digital transformation initiatives. JC’s ability to shape and execute technology strategies has been instrumental in helping federal agencies modernize their operations and align with emerging technology trends.
