As Program Director, Susan Hammons is dedicated to providing agile technology solutions that enhance Synergy’s capabilities in applications development, operations and maintenance, help desk services, IT consulting, enterprise SaaS development, project management, infrastructure support, learning management system support, enterprise geospatial management, and IT security.

Before joining Synergy, Susan served as the Chief Operating Officer for the Kansas State Office of Information Technology Services, providing crucial technology services to state agencies. Earlier in her career, she was VP of IT in the commercial sector, leading a custom software development team for industries including insurance, quick service restaurants, hotel accounting, steel mill manufacturing, and medical billing. Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Washburn University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).
