J.C. Chidiac is a recognized leader with over twenty years of executive leadership in driving digital transformation across the federal, commercial, and non-profit sectors. Before joining Synergy, J.C. was Senior Vice President at ICF, where he excelled in overseeing large, complex portfolios, and spearheading strategic operations and growth initiatives. His leadership at ICF was marked by his ability to scale operations significantly, driving industry leading growth while successfully managing the integration of multiple acquisitions. J.C. also played a pivotal role in developing innovative capabilities and practices, which earned ICF multiple “Partner of the Year” awards from prominent technology providers such as Appian, ServiceNow, and Salesforce—testaments to his expertise in cultivating and managing strategic partnerships.
J.C. originally joined ICF through the acquisition of ITG in 2020, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to his tenure at ITG, J.C. has led operations, strategy, and growth for other international organizations such as QinetiQ North America and CACI, where he consistently demonstrated his capacity to lead and grow large-scale digital transformation organizations. He has been instrumental in shaping and executing technology strategies that have not only enhanced service delivery but also enabled federal agencies to modernize their operations in alignment with emerging technology trends.
Byron Caswell, who joins Synergy as Chief Strategy Officer, also brings a wealth of experience in scaling companies, technology solutions, and corporate strategy. Byron has driven digital transformation efforts for large public and private sector organizations, led multiple technology startups, both as Founder and as Chief Product Officer, and recently served as a Senior Vice President and Line of Business Lead at ICF, where he managed the Digital Transformation Portfolio for Health, Defense, and Commercial accounts.
